Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply, view content, or attend any Allure event.
• Membership is by invitation and peer review. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
• You confirm that the information you provide on the application form is accurate.

Code of conduct

• Consent is non-negotiable. Disrespect, harassment, or any behaviour that violates another member's consent will result in immediate removal.
• Discretion is required. Do not photograph, record, or share images of other members without explicit consent. Do not disclose member identities outside the community.
• Do not solicit money, services, or commercial transactions through the platform or at events.

Content you upload

• You retain ownership of photos and posts you upload. You grant Allure a non-exclusive license to display them within the member portal and, where you mark them public, on the public site.
• You must own (or have the right to share) every image you upload. Do not upload content depicting people who have not consented.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms or that is reported and substantiated.

Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
• Do not share your account or grant access to non-members.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account for code-of-conduct violations, fraudulent applications, or any conduct that risks the safety of the community. You may delete your account at any time from the member portal.

Liability

Allure provides the platform and runs events on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated and limit our liability for losses arising from use of the site or attendance at events.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members via the member portal or email.
