Why Allure Exists

Allure was born out of a simple belief: that adults deserve a space where curiosity is celebrated, connection is genuine, and trust is earned rather than assumed.

We're not a venue or a nightclub. We're a curated community of open-minded, respectful adults who come together for extraordinary shared experiences.

Our peer-driven membership model ensures that every person in the room has been vouched for — not by us, but by the community itself. This is what makes Allure different.

Every member agrees to these principles without exception

Consent is Everything

All physical and social interactions require enthusiastic, ongoing consent. "No" is always the final answer — no pressure, no persuasion. Violations result in immediate and permanent removal from Allure.

Absolute Discretion

What happens at Allure stays at Allure. You do not share the identity, stories or experiences of other members outside the community. Photography at events requires explicit consent from every person in frame.

Respect Every Body & Identity

Allure is an inclusive community. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespect based on gender, sexuality, race, age, body type or relationship structure is not tolerated under any circumstances.

Take Care of Yourself & Others

Look out for your fellow members. If you see something concerning, speak to an event host. Allure encourages responsible and safe practices at all events. Never pressure others regarding substances.

Membership is a Privilege

Allure reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, without refund, for conduct that violates our code. Membership cannot be transferred or shared. Bringing guests requires prior admin approval.

Dress code requirements will be communicated with each event invitation. When in doubt, aim for elegant and intentional.

FAQ

How does the application process work? +
Complete our multi-step application form with your personal details, identity, experience and intent. After submission, our admin team reviews your application. Applications that pass initial screening may be referred to our peer review panel — 10 randomly selected verified members who each vote to approve or deny. Once you reach a majority, you'll receive your decision by email within 7–14 days.
What is peer review and how does it work? +
When your application is referred to peer review, 10 existing verified Allure members are randomly selected and anonymously presented with your application profile (without your full name or contact details). Each member votes to approve or deny. The process is completely anonymous — reviewers don't know who you are, and you won't know who voted. A majority determines the outcome.
Can couples apply together? +
Yes. Couples can apply together by selecting "Couple" when asked how you're applying. Both partners will need to complete individual details, but the application is processed as a pair. Both must be approved for the membership to be granted.
What happens to my verification photos? +
Your verification photos are viewed by admin and, if referred to peer review, by the reviewing members in an anonymised format. Photos are stored securely and are never published, shared externally or used for any purpose other than identity verification. You may request deletion of your photos at any time.
Is there a membership fee? +
Applying is free. Once approved, membership is included. Individual events may have a ticket cost which is communicated with each event invitation. Some premium events may have a higher cost than standard events.
What if I'm new to the lifestyle? +
We welcome people at all experience levels. Allure is not exclusively for the experienced — curious newcomers are very much a part of our community. Be honest in your application about where you're at. Authenticity is valued far more than experience.
Can I be removed from the community? +
Yes. Membership is a privilege, not a right. Allure reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates our code — especially violations of consent or discretion. There is no appeal process for consent violations.
Where are events held? +
Event locations are revealed to confirmed guests only, typically 48 hours before the event. Events are held across major Australian cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth. Some events are held at private homes; others at hired venues.
