This page is a placeholder pending legal review. It describes, in plain terms, how Allure Australia handles member information. The final policy will replace this content before any general public launch.
What we collect
- Application details: name, email, phone, date of birth, photos, and the answers you provide on the application form.
- Profile data after acceptance: city, bio, social handles, dating preferences, and uploaded media.
- Activity within the member portal: events attended, forum posts, messages, and contact requests.
- Authentication data and session tokens issued by our identity provider (Supabase Auth).
How we use it
- To verify and onboard new members through the application and peer-review process.
- To run the member portal: profile pages, events, galleries, messaging, and discovery.
- To contact you about events and account-relevant changes (you may opt out at any time from your profile).
- To enforce safety: investigate code-of-conduct reports and remove accounts that violate community rules.
Who we share it with
We do not sell member data. We share it only with:
- Our hosting and database providers (Netlify and Supabase) under their standard data-processing terms.
- Other members, but only the fields you choose to make visible on your profile.
- Law enforcement, when compelled by a valid Australian legal process.
Your rights
- You may view and edit your profile from the member portal at any time.
- You may delete your account and all associated data via the portal (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing us.
- You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
