These Community Guidelines — also called the Allure Code of Conduct — form part of the Terms of Membership and Use. Every member agrees to them, without exception, when they join. They apply everywhere Allure operates — on the website, in the member portal, in private messages, and at every Allure event.
They exist for one reason: so that everyone at Allure can be themselves — curious, open, playful — while being safe, respected and able to trust the people around them.
The five principles
- Consent is everything. Every interaction — social, physical, digital — needs enthusiastic, ongoing, freely given agreement. "No" is the final answer, always, with no explanation owed and no pressure applied.
- Absolute discretion. What happens at Allure stays at Allure. You never share the identity, image, story or presence of another member outside the community.
- Respect every body and every identity. Allure is inclusive. Discrimination or harassment based on who someone is has no place here.
- Look after yourself and each other. Speak to a host if something feels wrong. Look out for members who seem unwell or uncomfortable. Substance use is a personal choice; pressure never is.
- Membership is a privilege. It is earned, it is personal to you, and it can be withdrawn if you put the community at risk.
1. Consent
- Consent is an enthusiastic "yes". Not the absence of a "no", not silence, not "I guess so". If you are not sure, ask. If you are still not sure, stop.
- Consent is specific. Agreement to one thing is not agreement to another, and agreement with one person is not agreement with anyone else.
- Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason or none. When someone withdraws consent — in words, by pulling away, by going quiet, by leaving — you stop immediately.
- Consent requires capacity. A person who is heavily affected by alcohol or other drugs, asleep, or otherwise not in a position to make a clear decision cannot consent. Do not proceed.
- No coercion. Persistent asking, guilt, pressure, threats, "you owe me", or trading access, status or gifts for intimacy is coercion. It is a serious breach.
- Watch for others. If you see an interaction where consent looks unclear or absent, say something, or get a host. You will never be in trouble for raising a genuine concern.
A breach of consent is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from Allure, and we will report conduct to police where we are required or believe it is right to do so.
2. Discretion and the privacy of others
- Do not out anyone. Never disclose that a person is a member, was at an event, or is involved in the lifestyle — to their family, employer, friends, on social media, or anywhere else.
- Do not share other members' stories, images or identities outside the community, in any form, including screenshots of profiles or messages.
- Venue and location details are confidential. Do not post, forward or publish an event's address or any identifying photos or video of a venue or its attendees.
- What you can share about yourself is up to you — but not at the expense of anyone else's privacy.
3. Photography and recording
- Devices away at events. Phones and cameras stay put away in play areas and anywhere people are undressed or intimate.
- A photo needs two things: the enthusiastic consent of every identifiable person in frame, and a host's approval for that photo at that event.
- No exceptions for "just for me". A photo you do not intend to share is still a photo taken without consent.
- Official event photography, where it happens, is arranged in advance, clearly signposted, and never taken in play areas.
4. Your profile and how you show up online
- Be real. Use recent photographs that are actually of you. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not use another person's images.
- No synthetic or altered imagery presented as genuine photos of you, and never any AI-generated or altered sexual imagery of a real person made without their consent.
- Keep it accurate. Do not misrepresent your age, gender, sexuality, relationship status or situation.
5. Messaging and contact
- No unsolicited sexual content. Do not send sexual images, sexual video calls or explicit messages to a member who has not invited them.
- One "no" is enough. If a member does not reply, asks you to stop, or blocks you, that is the end of the conversation. Do not create a new account or use another channel to reach them.
- No harassment. No threats, abuse, stalking, or coordinated pile-ons.
- No doxxing. Do not share, or threaten to share, another person's legal name, home, workplace, or other private details.
6. Image-based abuse and sextortion — zero tolerance
- Never record an intimate image of someone without their consent.
- Never share, or threaten to share, an intimate image of someone without their consent — including images that were originally taken with consent, and including digitally created or altered ("deepfake") images.
- Never demand money, gifts, favours, access or silence in exchange for not sharing intimate images or information. This is sextortion.
This conduct is a criminal offence in New South Wales (Crimes Act 1900 (NSW), sections 91P–91R) and can also be dealt with by the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). At Allure it results in immediate and permanent removal, and we will assist any affected member to contact the eSafety Commissioner (esafety.gov.au) and the police, and will cooperate with any investigation.
7. No solicitation or commercial activity
Allure is a community, not a marketplace. Do not use the platform or events to:
- offer, advertise or solicit paid sexual services or sex work;
- run "findom" / financial-domination arrangements;
- sell goods or services, tout or resell tickets, or run a raffle or fundraiser;
- pitch a business, a multi-level-marketing scheme, or a networking opportunity; or
- recruit members for another platform, club or venture.
8. Alcohol and other substances
- Allure takes a harm-reduction approach. Whether you drink or use substances is your decision.
- Never pressure anyone to drink or use, and never spike a drink — spiking is a serious criminal offence and results in permanent removal and a report to police.
- Do not supply illegal drugs on the platform or at events.
- Do not arrive at, or remain at, an event heavily affected. Hosts and security may refuse entry or ask you to leave, without refund, if you are intoxicated (see the Event Terms).
- If you are worried about someone, tell a host. Getting help for a member is always the right call.
9. Inclusion and anti-discrimination
Allure is for adults of all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, bodies, ages (18+), backgrounds, faiths and abilities. Discrimination, exclusionary "preferences" expressed as abuse, slurs, or harassment directed at who a person is — rather than a respectful statement of what you are personally looking for — are grounds for removal.
10. Reporting, and what happens next
How to report:
- in the member portal, at Profile → Report a member;
- by email to allure@allureaus.com, at any time; or
- in person, to any host at an event — every event has a designated safety contact.
What we do:
- We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and look into them promptly.
- We give the member complained about a chance to respond where it is safe and appropriate to do so, and we decide on the balance of probabilities — we do not wait for a criminal or civil finding before we act.
- We protect the identity of anyone who reports in good faith. Retaliation against a person who reports is itself a serious breach.
- We take action proportionate to the conduct: a warning, a requirement to re-acknowledge these Guidelines, content removal, suspension, or removal. Where someone's safety needs it, we may suspend access straight away while we look into a report.
- For serious breaches — consent, image-based abuse, sextortion, violence, involvement of a minor — the response is immediate and permanent removal, and referral to police where appropriate.
- If we suspend or remove you after a report, you can ask us to reconsider — see the Terms of Membership and Use, clause 10.
- False or malicious reports are a breach of these Guidelines.
11. Enforcement
Membership is granted at Allure's discretion and can be suspended or revoked in accordance with the Terms of Membership and Use, which set out the process and, for a paid membership, a pro-rata refund of any unused period. A member who is removed for a serious safety breach may not re-apply.
12. Support
